4. Subscription Plans

TouchyTummies offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free: Basic access with advertisements
• Premium ($1.99/month): Ad-free experience with additional features
• Creator ($4.99/month): Full access including recipe creation and sharing

Billing and Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your billing period.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@touchytummies.com for assistance.

5. User Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of recipes and content you create. By posting content on TouchyTummies, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Service.

Content Guidelines

You agree not to post content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains false or misleading information
• Is harmful, threatening, or harassing
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Promotes dangerous food practices

Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The TouchyTummies name, logo, and all related graphics, software, and content are owned by TouchyTummies or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without express written permission.

7. Advertisements

Free tier users will see advertisements within the Service. These ads may be provided by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdSense.

By using the free tier, you consent to the display of advertisements and the collection of data for ad personalization as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may remove advertisements by upgrading to a Premium or Creator subscription.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Recipes and cooking information are provided for informational purposes only. TouchyTummies is not responsible for food safety, allergic reactions, or any health issues resulting from the use of recipes on our platform. Always verify ingredient safety and cooking instructions independently.

Allergen Information

While we provide allergen information, it may not be complete or accurate. Users with food allergies should independently verify all ingredients and consult medical professionals when necessary.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOUCHYTUMMIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
